IT Support Technician - Become the Hero Our Customers Long For!
We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused IT support technician who wants to make a real difference in people's everyday lives. Here you have the chance to become the reliable, knowledgeable partner that users turn to when technology goes awry - and the one who ensures everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. You play a central role in creating positive experiences and building trust through high-quality support!
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
- Managing cases in a ticketing system
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, mobile devices, and business systems
- Collaborating closely with other IT colleagues and external vendors
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in IT support or a similar role
- Has good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Is communicative, pedagogical, and enjoys helping others
- Is structured, self-driven, and curious about new technology
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and ITIL
- Knowledge of macOS, Linux, or mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Experience with ticketing systems
