IT Support Technician - Become the Hero Our Customers Long For!

We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused IT support technician who wants to make a real difference in people's everyday lives. You play a central role in creating positive experiences and building trust through high-quality support!

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to users
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
• Managing cases in a ticketing system
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, mobile devices, and business systems
• Collaborating closely with other IT colleagues and external vendors

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in IT support or a similar role
• Has good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Is communicative, pedagogical, and enjoys helping others
• Is structured, self-driven, and curious about new technology
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and ITIL
• Knowledge of macOS, Linux, or mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Experience with ticketing systems
