Do you want to take full responsibility for IT and security in a socially important organization? We are now looking for an IT and Security Manager who wants to help create a stable, secure, and future-proof technical environment for our operations.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and further developing our IT operations as well as coordinating and driving information security efforts. You will have both strategic and operational responsibilities and work closely with the business, management, and external suppliers. The role also involves some management within IT and security.

Your mission is to ensure that our systems, information, and processes maintain high quality, are legally secure, and comply with applicable laws and requirements – while IT serves as an effective support in daily operations.

Your tasks

• Ensure a stable and secure IT environment that enables legally secure and efficient case management.
• Manage and follow up on contracts with IT suppliers.
• Coordinate and further develop the fund's information security work and management system for information security.
• Establish and update governing documents such as information security policies, guidelines, procedures, and instructions.
• Perform information classification and follow up on security levels.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, and relevant directives in collaboration with a team at the fund.
• Manage and coordinate information security incidents and ensure proper reporting according to laws and internal requirements.
• Support the business in procurement, digitization, and system development.
• Educate and raise security awareness among employees and managers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant post-secondary education in IT, information security, systems science, or equivalent competence acquired through experience.
• Has experience leading IT operations or technical teams.
• Has good knowledge of IT operations, system management, networks, and technical environments.
• Has documented experience in information security, information classification, and risk management, preferably according to established standards.
• Has a good understanding of regulated operations and information security requirements.
• Is structured, analytical, and confident in making decisions.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys collaborating and educating others.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in environments with high demands for legal security and information management.
