As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will play a key role in projects covering the entire product lifecycle. You will work in a high-tech environment with advanced systems for aerospace, ground, and marine applications, where systems engineering, traceability, and technical reviews are central parts to ensure delivery and quality.

You will be part of an established systems engineering organization where collaboration across multiple disciplines is a natural part of everyday life, and where you contribute your experience and support others in the team.

• Collaborate closely with project and product management as well as functions within systems, integration, and verification
• Work with quality and configuration management, logistics, design, and production
• Identify product structures and plan deliverables, documentation, and working methods
• Plan technical reviews as milestones in the project together with project management
• Monitor the systems work at a high level and ensure that traceability is maintained
• Adapt lifecycle models and processes based on project needs
• Plan and follow up on systems engineering activities
• Identify stakeholders as well as goals and requirements
• Define project, product, and requirement structures
• Plan baselines
• Coordinate with project management and stakeholders
• Plan and lead technical reviews

• Several years of experience in systems development
• Experience in technical leadership
• Experience working with systems engineering in project form across the product lifecycle
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
