As a system test leader, you have a central role in planning, executing, and following up on system tests for complex technical systems. You are responsible for developing test setups, booking and coordinating test environments, and describing how tests should be conducted, both internally and with customers. An important part of the role is to document test results and compile reports that verify that the systems meet the specified requirements.

The role is naturally leading but also practical, as you may also participate in the execution of tests. You work closely with system testers and maintain a close dialogue throughout the testing process to ensure quality and traceability. System testing occurs at multiple levels and includes mechanics, electronics, and software. Tests may involve functionality, performance, ergonomics, working environment, as well as strength and reliability. You will also conduct environmental and EMC tests.

The work is conducted both in laboratory environments and in real-world settings, both within Sweden and internationally, which means that the position involves travel.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in system testing and are accustomed to working with complex systems consisting of multiple interacting components such as sensors, mechanics, and software. You have some form of engineering degree, where the focus can vary and may be in software, mechanics, or related technical fields.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience working with military systems is advantageous but not a requirement, as is holding a B driver's license.

As a person, you are driven, collaborative, and have the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
