About the positionIn the role of system tester, you will work with testing and verification of advanced technical systems in a business that is experiencing strong growth. You will be part of a team responsible for planning, executing, and documenting system tests to ensure that the systems meet established customer requirements and function as a whole in real-world environments.
The work involves testing complete systems where several disciplines collaborate, such as software, electronics, electricity, and mechanics. The tests include functionality, performance, environmental, and EMC tests. You will conduct tests both in laboratory environments and in real usage environments, documenting the results in clear reports that form the basis for verification against customer requirements.
As a system tester, you will be operational in test execution and support the system test leader in establishing documentation. You will work closely with other technical roles and have ongoing dialogue with other sections to ensure that the tests are relevant, traceable, and conducted at the right level.
The position also involves travel, both within Sweden and internationally, as tests are conducted in various environments and at different testing facilities.
Your qualificationsTo succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Experience in system testing in technically complex environments, where the system consists of several interacting components such as sensors, mechanics, electronics, and software.
Relevant engineering education, for example in software, mechanics, electronics, or a similar technical field.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driving license B is an advantage.
Experience working with military or safety-critical systems is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is driven and self-sufficient, with the ability to take responsibility for your work and drive tasks forward in a structured manner. You enjoy working independently but also find it easy to collaborate in a team, where you actively contribute and take responsibility for your part in the whole.
