At JAG Personlig assistans AB, we work every day to create the highest possible quality of life for our clients/assistance users. We are now looking for another colleague to join our technical support team who wants to help shape and ensure that the operations run smoothly and efficiently.
About the role
In this role, you will provide service and support to our employees and assistants. You will be part of the central support function Technical Support, which manages and is responsible for our central digital Microsoft environments.
You will work with:
- Support for computers, mobile phones, and system solutions.
- Administration of our central digital Microsoft environments.
- Handling incoming cases via visits, phone, email, and forms.
- Documentation in the case management system.
As part of the Digital Development department, you will be one of about ten colleagues who together drive the development of our working methods forward. Here, you will work in a fast-paced environment filled with energy, handling many different cases and contact points that make your everyday work both varied and educational.
You will work in a dynamic environment with many parallel cases and will also become an Object Specialist within the framework of our PM3-managed governance.
Your background
We are looking for someone who has:
- A high school diploma and preferably a post-secondary education related to IT.
- Experience in IT/technical support or customer support. Previous experience in service work where personal service has been a central part of the role is considered a strong merit.
- Good general IT understanding and knowledge of the functionality of mobile phones, laptops, and system solutions.
- Experience working in a case management system.
- Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
It is advantageous to have experience working in environments with many simultaneous processes, a fast pace, and clear deadlines, as well as competence in MS O365, Azure, Device Management, networking, knowledge of printer settings, familiarity with Active Directory and access control, as well as project management.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
