We are now looking for an experienced IT specialist in Identity & Access Management (IAM) for a long-term consulting assignment with one of our clients in critical infrastructure. As a consultant, you will work in a competent team focused on the operation, management, and further development of the client's IAM platform.

The IAM solution is based on One Identity's products, integrated with ServiceNow and Entra ID (Azure AD). In the coming years, further development is planned in areas such as IDP and PAM, making the assignment both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

In the role of IAM technician, you will be responsible for both technical development and stable operation of the IAM platform. You will work closely with the client's internal team and contribute to ensuring effective and secure identity management.

• Operation and management of the IAM platform

• Develop new features in the existing solution or as part of projects

• Onboarding applications to the platform

• Manage cases and incidents according to SLA/OLA

• Document solutions, procedures, and known issues in the knowledge database

• Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong technical background in IAM and experience working independently in complex IT environments. You are solution-oriented and have a broad understanding of both development and operations.

Experience

• Completed education in IT (e.g., computer science, NTI, KY/YH) or at least 5 years of work experience in IT

• At least 5 years of experience (within the last 8 years) as a developer in IAM

• At least 3 years of experience working with One Identity's products

• At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server and Active Directory

• At least 5 years of experience with Azure AD / Entra ID

• At least 5 years of experience in development using VB.net, C# or SQL

• At least 5 years of experience with Powershell

• At least 2 years of experience in requirements management

• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Desirable experiences:

It is highly desirable if you have experience from adjacent areas within IAM or security architecture.

• At least 2 years of experience with MyAccess

• At least 2 years of experience with PAM solutions

• At least 2 years of experience in producing architecture documents (HLD, LLD, ADD or similar)
