Project Manager at QRIOS Engineering

QRIOS Engineering is now seeking experienced project managers for exciting consulting assignments within the defense industry! The assignments are conducted in technically advanced environments with high demands on quality, structure, and security, where you work closely with both technical teams and clients.

Your main responsibilities

As a project manager, you will drive projects or sub-projects within development activities and ensure that deliveries are made according to plan, budget, and set requirements. The projects are often complex and cross-functional, involving hardware, software, and systems.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and coordinate projects together with technical specialists
• Ensure progress, quality, and delivery in complex development projects
• Manage risks, resources, and priorities in a changing environment
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical university degree or engineering degree
• Has experience leading technical projects
• Is structured, communicative, and confident in the project manager role
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
• Has experience from the defense industry or hardware-related projects (meritorious)

Other:

The assignments are subject to security classification, which means requirements for completed security clearance and Swedish citizenship.
