About the Role

Our network is growing rapidly – and it needs you.

We are looking for a senior network engineer with deep technical expertise, drive, and a willingness to take responsibility. If you enjoy getting your hands dirty with everything from TOR switches to BGP routing, troubleshooting LACP, or optimizing IP transit – then you will thrive with us.

With us, you will work with a modern tech stack, great freedom, clear direction – and in a team that knows what it takes to make things work in real-time, under 200 ms, no matter where in the world you are.

You will:

- Design, implement, and maintain both local and cloud-based networks

- Work proactively with monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management

- Contribute security solutions (firewalls, VPN, segmentation)

- Collaborate with developers and DevOps

- Evaluate new technologies and influence our technical choices

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

- 7-10 years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing (BGP, IS-IS), switching, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP

- Experience with MPLS (LDP and Segment Routing) at the packet level

- Experience with firewalls, VPN, and security protocols

- Familiarity with working in agile tech teams and/or DevOps environments

- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

Meritorious

It is an extra plus if you have experience with:

- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- SD-WAN or Zero Trust architecture

- Kubernetes networking solutions (e.g., CNI, Istio)

- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent

- Shell scripting or other scripting/programming (Python, Bash, etc.)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps workflows
