On behalf of a client, we are now looking for an engaged and responsible team lead for their DevOps team. Our client is an established player that offers comprehensive delivery of development projects within telecom, retail, and government. The company is currently in an exciting phase of expansion. It has been around since 1999 and today consists of about 70 employees.

You will work in pleasant premises in central Stockholm. There is an opportunity to work from home.

You will lead the DevOps group and work closely with the company's management, with the possibility of a future managerial role. In your role, you are expected to take an active part in the company's business development and contribute to the team's growth journey.

You have:

Over 5 years of experience working in consulting companies

Practical experience in technology-related work, preferably as a developer, DevOps, or SRE

Leadership experience, perhaps as a team lead, project manager, or agile coach

Engaged, positive, and driven team player

Solution-oriented and unpretentious

Technical academic education

Meriting:

Experience as a team lead or manager

Experience in management group work

Sales experience

Recruitment experience

You will be employed by our client. Full-time. Probationary employment that transitions into a permanent position after six months. Start date: immediately.
