NKR Demolition Sweden AB specializes in demolition, dismantling, blasting, crushing, asbestos removal, and clearing of buildings, factories, and sites. We have ongoing large projects across the country. We are looking for a marketing coordinator on a temporary basis who will work with sales & marketing at the head office in Helsingborg. The temporary position lasts for 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Actively work with sales in the demolition industry.
• Identify and engage potential new customers and projects.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with the company's CEO and estimating manager to follow up and complement sales efforts.
• Handle administrative tasks such as creating PowerPoint presentations, writing newsletters, updating the company's website, advertising in industry magazines, managing LinkedIn, and translating documents.
• Plan and conduct customer visits – as the role also involves being the company's face to the outside world.

Qualifications - The role is varied, responsible, and flexible, and you will serve as a central point in the organization.

• You are self-driven, outgoing, and proactive with good knowledge of sales and negotiation.
• Have relevant education in marketing or sales.
• Are initiative-taking and skilled at both creating new and maintaining good customer relationships.
• As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have an easy time collaborating.
• You have good computer skills.
• You can express yourself well in both spoken and written language.
• Previous experience working in WordPress is an advantage.
• Understanding of Danish is an advantage.
