About the role Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you visit elderly individuals with decisions on home care living in Södermalm. You assist the elderly with personal hygiene, transfers, cooking, shopping, cleaning, and much more that occurs in a household. The work is mobile, varied, and social.

Your experience and knowledge We are looking for you who: - are a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or perhaps have ongoing training. - have experience working in elderly care. - can and want to work during the summer between weeks 23 to 33 - can walk and cycle without hindrance - Are a positive and engaged person who can take responsibility and wants to learn new things. - are at least 18 years old (requirement) - have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. - are organized and good at keeping time, structured, and follow the workplace's working methods.

Vardaga home care is located in many parts of central Stockholm, which means we are close to our customers. When you work at Team Sofia, you have between 1 and 10 minutes of walking distance between customers.

Vardaga is a large company but with a small-scale feeling at each office. Supportive group leaders and operations managers are present in the daily operations, together with you and your colleagues, we solve the challenges of the day.
