Then this job is for you. ASIH Järfälla is a highly skilled team providing advanced home healthcare. Short decision-making paths and close collaboration with all professions make the staff feel comfortable. Our office is located in Vällingby, close to public transport.

About us

ASIH cares for patients in their own homes. Patients need care interventions that would otherwise have to be provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is cared for. This includes providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and high availability around the clock.

With us, you will have the opportunity to provide personal and quality care to patients. No day is the same, and the variations in work and meeting different people are very rewarding. Through our multidisciplinary team, we aim to create the best possible conditions for safe, secure, and good care at home. Everyone in the team collaborates closely to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way.

The Role

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you perform home visits to our seriously ill patients. The patients' care needs vary from acute home healthcare to end-of-life care. Your tasks will include advanced medical interventions such as managing SVP, CVK, and Piccline, sampling, medication administration, transfusions, and symptom relief.

Our Offer

As an employee at Aleris, you will have access to a range of benefits that support you both in your work life and privately. We strive to create the best possible conditions for you to thrive and develop. Read more about our benefits here. (https://karriar.aleris.se/pages/formaner-hos-aleris)
