Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives? Choose a summer job in care! We are now looking for summer substitutes/casual workers for regular housing/home care, care and nursing homes, and our services for people with disabilities.

Within Support for Functionality, you help people of all ages with various disabilities, such as autism, physical or intellectual disabilities, to have a meaningful and functional everyday life. The work follows LSS and the Social Services Act, and support is tailored individually to strengthen independence and participation. Your tasks may include personal care, assistance with cooking, cleaning, planning, activities, and social interaction. You can work as a personal assistant, in residential care, in daily activities, or within social psychiatry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who can work during June, July, and August as a summer substitute for our regular employees. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and/or night, every day of the week. Our operations also have a need for casual workers during the spring, so if you are interested in working already now, please indicate that in your application.

The tasks vary depending on whether you work in support for functionality or elderly care. You work motivationally to encourage clients to dare to challenge themselves and participate in activities and interventions. The work also involves practical assistance for our clients to perform personal hygiene and meal assistance, for example.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you with your heart in the right place and an interest in working with people. You have a good attitude, are responsible, easy to collaborate with, and flexible in your work.

It is an advantage if you have education from the care and nursing program, the child and leisure program, certain assistance training, support pedagogy, ongoing studies in nursing, psychology, or social work, or other equivalent education. Since documentation is part of our operations, it is important that you are computer literate and can understand and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. For work in home care, it is advantageous if you can cycle and have a B driver's license for manual transmission. You should be over 18 years old.

In order for us to consider your application, you need to attach educational certificates at the time of application. We also want you to bring your educational certificates if you are called for an interview.

If you are offered a position within child services, you need to order and present a copy of the police record extract.

The activities of the Care Administration are aimed at the elderly and people who need support for functionality as well as those in need of home healthcare.
