ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is part-time at 60%, and in the role of office assistant at Triathlon Group, you will act as a resource to ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment. You are responsible for ensuring that the reception is staffed and that visitors are always greeted with a professional and welcoming attitude.

You ensure that conference rooms and common areas maintain high standards, manage the purchase of supplies, and maintain good communication with suppliers. Your duties also include providing administrative support to the management team, such as receipt management, document preparation, and gift purchasing.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and executing the company's internal and external events, including wellness activities and customer events, with a focus on quality and precision. You will also handle invoices and ensure that financial processes are carried out correctly and within given timeframes.

This is a role for you who have a high sense of service, are structured and solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where quality and professionalism are in focus.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in administrative work, preferably as an office assistant or similar role is required.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Structured and meticulous with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Possess a positive attitude, humility, flexibility, and a lack of pretentiousness. A role model, simply put.
  • Enjoy working in a team and constantly developing.
  • Experience in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events is a plus.
  • Responsible for conference rooms and refreshments in the office.
  • Distributing access cards.
  • Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and has a keen eye for detail. You thrive in the role of being the spider in the web and have a natural ability to create order and structure. You are self-sufficient, take initiative, and take responsibility when needed. Previous experience in office administration, reception, or similar tasks is a requirement.

You have a professional demeanor, are skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and can quickly adapt to new situations. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as experience with the Office suite is advantageous.
