Customer Service Job in Stockholm City – A central role with customer contact

In this role, you will be an important part of our team that works every day to provide the best possible customer experience. You will meet our customers professionally and solution-oriented via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities – Customer service and administrative support

• Provide customer service and answer questions via phone, email, and chat
• Manage and register incoming cases in our systems
• Support colleagues and work closely with other departments
• Contribute to a well-functioning office and a pleasant working environment
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and provide feedback as needed
• Participate in improving routines and the customer journey together with the team

Who are you? Service-oriented and structured customer service representative

• You have previous experience in customer service or a similar role 
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You are solution-oriented, positive, and have a professional demeanor
• You are structured and enjoy working with varied tasks
• You are a team player who sees the value in good collaboration with colleagues
• You have good computer skills and thrive in a modern, digital work environment
