About the position

As a Quality Leader, you will have the opportunity to take on a communicative role with a significant mandate to drive change and contribute to improvement potentials. The role entails a comprehensive operational perspective within the company. You will work with quality assurance primarily in development projects but also in customer projects and business development.

Within projects, you will implement and follow up on quality-impacting activities, which may involve ensuring customer requirements, monitoring milestones in projects, and working on further developing methods for management, analysis, and review of projects.

Other tasks may include conducting quality and environmental audits, reporting quality and environmental status to clients or internally, and working on the follow-up of quality and environmental goals. You will also support purchasing, production, and after-sales with quality and environmental issues.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Several years of experience in product development
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have prior experience in project management or configuration management, and you should have a solid interest in working with quality issues. Your work is characterized by structure, and you take great responsibility for your tasks. Furthermore, we see that you are a curious, loyal, and engaged team player who is passionate about new ideas. You are humble, attentive, but determined, and we believe that a mix of these qualities is key to succeeding in the role.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period

Location: Huskvarna
