We are a small but close-knit team of eight people with a lot of competence, warmth, and humor. Our office is located at Campus Roslagen at the entrance to Norrtälje.

We have a strong team spirit. We support each other in daily work and value an open and helpful culture. We believe in work-life balance and therefore offer flexible working methods with the possibility of remote work when needed, but primarily our workplace is at our office. We have monthly one-on-one meetings where we highlight areas for improvement and development opportunities. In addition, we hold monthly meetings to follow up on our common goals. All sub-goals and final goals are acknowledged and celebrated together.

We work in modern accounting systems such as Visma, Fortnox, and Capego Bokslut. In addition, we use Talenom's proprietary platform – Easor – for which we have ongoing internal training in 2025 to gradually introduce our clients to.

For over two years, we have been part of Talenom, which means we have strong support from the head office in Stockholm in HR, Payroll, IT, and Financial functions. This gives us security, structure, and the opportunity to focus on what we do best – providing our clients with professional and personal support in their operations.

Your main responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting (K2) and quality reconciliations
• Responsible for several companies' cash flows
• Tax declarations regarding VAT and AGI
• Monthly and annual accounts
• Annual reports

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1.5 years of experience working as an accounting consultant at an agency
• Has completed a KY education as an Accounting Consultant or has similar education.
• Can prepare simple year-end accounts and annual reports with support and quality review from the responsible consultant
• Wants to develop in the role of accounting consultant and aims to become authorized

You may also have:

• Experience with client contact in other contexts.
• Interest in new programs, AI, and digital processes
