We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to contribute to the development of the future power system. In this role, you will be a key person in the management of technical assets with responsibility for several strategically important areas such as substations, overhead lines, cable systems, as well as land and forest. 

Your focus will be to enable progress in management issues, risk management, and disturbance investigations in close collaboration with management leaders and technical specialists.

Your tasks

• Lead/participate in technical working groups related to various management areas

• Plan and follow up activities in management plans

• Lead workshops, e.g., risk analyses

• Support with planning and administration

• Drive investigations related to deviations and disturbances

• Contribute to improved structure in asset management

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, structured, and collaborative with the ability to lead and motivate groups with technical expertise.

To succeed in this role, you have:

A university degree in electrical engineering or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, asset management, or project work within the power/energy market. Experience working with substations of at least 130kV.

Extra plus if you have: Documented experience of working according to ISO55001. Familiarity with complex organizations and the ability to navigate between different stakeholders.

Location: Sundbyberg, Stockholm Remote work: Yes in consultation with the manager but up to 50% Assignment period : September 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026 (possibility of extension to 2028) Application deadline: August 13, 2025

Security clearance and security protection agreement are required for the assignment. There may also be travel, both within Sweden and internationally.
