OP Assistans is looking for hourly substitutes for our clients in the outskirts of Sandviken. We are primarily looking for substitutes where you step in as a substitute for regular staff during illness or leave. For some clients, there may be opportunities for a longer substitute position with a schedule for the right person in the future. But at this time, we are looking for hourly substitutes.
ABOUT THE JOB
The actual tasks, times, and locations vary from client to client and from day to day. Therefore, as a personal assistant, you should be flexible, solution-oriented, and open to new challenges.
At OP, the client's self-determination is at the center. As an assistant, your task is to provide support in the way the client wants. To ensure that the assistance is correct from the start, we develop a personal assistance plan for each client. This describes in detail how the client wants their assistance performed – from daily routines to specific requests.
Before you start working, you will receive a thorough introduction. This is always based on the assistance plan and is tailored to each client's unique needs. We ensure that you get to know the client and the tasks at a comfortable pace, so that both you and the client feel comfortable.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
A good personal assistant is responsible, attentive, and respects every person as an independent individual. Education and experience are a plus but not a requirement. However, the chemistry between you and the client is a must, and therefore it is always the client who chooses their assistant.
To work with clients in the outskirts of Sandviken, a B driver's license and access to your own car may be required.

Through precision, commitment, and a systematic approach, we ensure that the client's assistance works in practice. Since we are a smaller company, we build close and long-term relationships. Many of our managers have worked as personal assistants themselves and have a deep understanding of the profession. We know what is required for assistance to function in everyday life – not just in theory. Although we are small, we have access to support and resources from our larger group, Team Olivia. This means that we can provide you with the personal service you need while having the security and stability of a larger organization. To be employed with us at OP Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID.
