Holmsund LSS is a group home with special services for adults covered by LSS category 1; intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism spectrum disorders.

About the position

We are now looking for hourly employed support workers for our operations in Gävle. As a support worker, you will work with people who need assistance with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will:

•  Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
• Plan and conduct activities with the client
• Perform delegated health and medical tasks

Employment conditions

Working hours are varied: day, evening, and weekend.
