We are based in Stockholm and work with recruitment and staffing at all levels, both for white-collar and blue-collar positions. We operate nationwide with everything from recent graduates to executive roles.

We are now looking for the next star for our driven recruitment team, and we are excited to hire a junior staffing assistant. 

Job Responsibilities We believe you are at the beginning of your career and your responsibilities as a staffing assistant will involve working with and supporting several parts of the recruitment process. Your tasks will include writing attractive job postings and publishing them in our advertising channels. Reviewing candidates' CVs and job applications as well as scheduling interviews. You will learn to work with search to find suitable candidates from LinkedIn and other networks, conduct many of your own interviews, and make reference calls. You will have a particular focus and be a key person for our consulting and staffing. There, you will learn more about hiring and writing employment contracts, gain knowledge about labor law issues, collective agreements, and various personnel matters. However, the most important task will be to find the right person for our staffing assignments, which will be your primary responsibility.

Qualifications

• You have a post-secondary education, preferably in economics or human resources.
• You preferably have experience in administrative work, or have previously worked with recruitment or personnel in some form, but this is not a requirement.
• Experience in sales and B2B is a significant plus. 
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English. 
• A driving license (B) is required, or you have the ambition to obtain it soon.

Application and Start Date We work on-site at our office with working hours between 8 AM and 5 PM, with the possibility of flexibility. The position is full-time, starting in Q3-Q4 2025.
