Job Responsibilities
In the role of implementation consultant, you will be part of our implementation team responsible for planning, participating in, and driving implementations for both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through system changes and project-managing the implementation and onboarding in the systems. You will work and drive projects independently but also participate in larger project groups together with colleagues and clients.
Your tasks will include meetings with clients regarding needs, solution possibilities, project management, and system training to ensure satisfied and happy clients.
You will, for example:
- Be responsible for conducting system implementations for new and existing clients
- Ensure that the systems function smoothly and meet the client's specific needs
- Provide training and ongoing support to the company's staff to use the system correctly
- Develop and streamline the implementation process

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in systems, digitalization, and efficiency
- Has an education in PAYROLL (YH or equivalent)
- Has a couple of years of work experience in payroll
- Has experience implementing payroll systems and pre-systems
- Has experience implementing Flex HRM (payroll, time, travel, or employee)
It is an extra merit if you:
- Have experience in project management
- Have previously worked in payroll at an agency/outsourcing
