We at Attendo are now looking for a care assistant  for the Care Assistant role. The operation is located in Amhult and has 54 places distributed across six units.

About the role

As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the operation's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Care assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Driver's license B (depending on segment/position)

Meritorious:

• Experience in care work in elderly care
• Experience in delegation.

Role: Care Assistant

Employment type: Permanent employment (six months probationary period)

Working hours: 80 percent

Working time: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.
