JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of Area Manager at HomeMaid, you have overall responsibility for the area's staff and customers, which includes responsibility for scheduling, recruitment, customer engagement, quality, and operations to ensure good results according to the business plan's goals. You are responsible for the area's customers by actively working with schedule optimization and quality. You take care of your staff by actively working with employee engagement, recruitment, and onboarding. You contribute to the whole by promoting good collaboration within the office and within the company and actively contributing to the office's and business's development. You are driven to work towards set goals for increased profitability in sales.

Your main tasks will include: - Driving profitability within your area of responsibility - Actively contributing to the office's and business's development - Actively working with sales for both new and existing customers - Leading and developing employees in your own team - Driving and leading an effective staffing planning and schedule optimization - Managing daily personnel matters such as hiring, sick leave, rehabilitation processes, and time reporting, etc.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS HomeMaid is looking for someone with previous experience in leadership, customer service, and sales. To thrive in this role, you enjoy working with people, taking responsibility, and actively working to achieve good results and a well-functioning team. Furthermore, you need to feel comfortable handling various tasks simultaneously and quickly be able to adjust when the situation requires it. You thrive with the phone as a work tool and have the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. You enjoy a busy environment, and your desire to develop and your curiosity help you move forward.

Important for the position is that you:

• Are inclusive and respectful in contact with different people
• Are solution-oriented and spread joy
• Have previous experience in leading and distributing work in a team
• Have previous experience in scheduling and recruitment
• Have previous experience in sales, customer service, and administration
• Have good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME and Tengella
• Can speak fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
• Have a B driver's license

ABOUT THE POSITION Working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00, but other working hours may occur. The team consists of several officials, salespeople, team leaders, and service assistants who value a good community. Travel and overnight stays may occur in connection with internal training.
