About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist at Sunda, you are one of our most important ambassadors. You are the primary contact between us and our customers, both before, during, and after purchase. You handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, and social media, resolve issues with a smile, and ensure that every customer feels seen, heard, and satisfied. Your goal is to create customer experiences that truly make a difference and to build engagement in every interaction.

This is a role for you who is passionate about service, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives on direct contact with people across various channels.

Your mission

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
  • Assist customers with questions regarding orders, delivery, returns, or product selection
  • Quickly and smoothly identify and resolve problems
  • Actively work to enhance customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Contribute to improving our routines, response templates, and customer processes
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a high-quality customer journey

Who are you?

You are a person who genuinely enjoys helping others. You are attentive, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create security and trust, even in digital channels. You are communicative both in speech and writing and have a good sense of tone and approach, regardless of the channel. You are used to working independently but also thrive in a team where everyone helps each other.

We believe you have

  • A strong sense of service and a great commitment to the customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form
  • Experience communicating on social media and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
