At EQuality, we are looking for a colleague who can periodically support certain parts of our work. Primarily search/sourcing as many of our recruitments require a lot of hands-on work and active search to build our candidate pipeline. 

We may also need assistance with other administrative tasks, such as preparing presentation materials and other documents.

Examples of tasks:

• Search on LinkedIn to identify talents and build the pipeline
• Assistance with the production of presentation materials and other documents
• Support in other work as needed
• Participate and assist at EQuality's client and candidate events

We are looking for a quick-footed, technically skilled, driven go-getter and a highly communicative person. As the small and family-oriented company we are, you must be able to harmonize with and embody our culture and values 100%.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can work varying hours depending on the workload. You are likely in your final year of your human resources education and want to work in recruitment after graduation. This is a fantastic opportunity to get a foot in the recruitment industry – in a young, warm, and forward-leaning company.

• Workplace: Hybrid. We would appreciate it if you want to start from our beautiful headquarters in Malmö, located opposite the Saluhallen, with a lovely view of the city and Öresund
• Employment type: Hourly employment, initially part-time
• Other: You need to be a bit flexible with your hours and days to ensure high availability to your colleagues and our candidates

The most common recruitments we do are managerial and specialist recruitments, but we help companies with all positions they see as key recruitments and where they want our help to find the right candidate.
