We in the HR/TA team at Wise Consulting understand the importance of a good recruitment function and how you as a consultant can change, develop, and build our clients' Talent Acquisition. As you know, Talent Acquisition has more nuances than one might think, which means we have a wide range of assignments! Whether you have one year of recruitment experience and are ready for the next step, have a longer recruitment career behind you and want to specialize further, or are self-employed and looking for your next challenge, we have the assignments for you!
In the role of Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
Perhaps you want to move from the consulting agency to working in-house closely with HR with significant managerial support at several companies, or do you thrive in the consultative role and want to broaden your expertise across several industries and companies? After the end of an assignment, perhaps another company in a different industry with different challenges awaits you, or you and the client get along so well that you transition after the assignment. This way, you have the opportunity to effectively gain broad and solid expertise in recruitment. As a consultant with us, you will provide operational and/or strategic support in recruitment “from the inside”.
The weight of assignments and the nature of tasks can vary from client to client. Examples of what your next assignment could entail:
- Contribute to the client's growth journey by finding and recruiting the right talent
- Implement new effective digital recruitment systems
- Support the recruiting managers in competency-based recruitment
- Build functions within Talent Acquisition with processes, candidate management, and long-term sustainable recruitment
- Work closely with the HR function to develop EVP, the company's candidate journey, and onboarding
