HR plays a crucial role in our transformation journey, and we are now looking for someone to take the lead in this work – in the role of HR Business Partner in Linköping.

As our HR representative in Linköping, you will have significant responsibility and trust – while being part of an engaged HR team that works closely together across the corporation. Here you will have the chance to establish structure, drive change, and be the reliable HR support that both managers and employees trust.

You will combine the operational with the strategic – in an environment where your ideas are taken seriously, your structure is welcomed, and your calm makes a difference.

In your role, you will among other things:

• Build and develop the HR function at our site in Linköping
• Drive the entire HR annual cycle – from onboarding to performance management
• Be a qualified support to managers, especially in complex personnel issues
• Independently handle union contacts, negotiations, and collaboration issues
• Actively contribute to developing our HR strategy and creating uniform working methods
• Strengthen our leadership culture and contribute to ensuring our values are lived daily

We believe you have:

• At least five years of experience in qualified, broad HR work
• Solid experience in union collaboration and complex personnel issues
• Worked independently with processes throughout the entire HR annual cycle
• A structured and solution-oriented approach
• Relevant academic education

If you have experience from companies in change, growth, or corporations, it is an advantage.
