Kylslaget, which became part of Daikin Sweden AB in spring 2025, is now looking for a business-driven and industry-savvy Business Developer who can develop and expand our operations in air/water heat pumps.

Together, we are building a strong installation business focused on energy-efficient solutions for the climate and energy needs of the future.

About the role

As a Business Developer, you will be a key person in building and developing our new operations in air/water installations. You will be responsible for driving business development, establishing new customer relationships, and ensuring that we meet our growth targets.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop and drive the business for air/water heat pump installations.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a stable customer base within the segment.
• Support and follow up on installation projects – from sales to final delivery.
• Collaborate with management to create and implement growth strategies.
• Build networks with partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with industry experience and a strong commercial drive. You enjoy building new things, working independently, and creating growth in an expanding environment.

We see that you have:

• Several years of experience in the HVAC, cooling, energy, or installation industry.
• Good understanding of air/water heat pumps and their market.
• Experience in sales, business development, or project management.
• A strong personal drive and ability to turn ideas into results.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Established customer relationships and businesses in similar segments.
