About the position We are looking for an engaged business developer with knowledge in change management who wants to contribute to developing our processes and ways of working. In this role, you will play a key role in driving and implementing improvements and creating value for both our organization and our customers.

Some of your main tasks will include:

• Leading and supporting larger development projects
• Analyzing and mapping processes and deviations
• Driving and developing our model for continuous improvement
• Developing our methodology for change management
• Developing and implementing new ways of working
• Following up and evaluating the effects of implemented changes

You will be part of the Customer Agreements & Processes department, which is represented in several locations in Sweden, and report to the head of Customer Agreements & Processes.

We are looking for someone who has

• Master's degree in industrial economics
• At least 2 years of experience in business development
• Experience in planning and leading projects
• Experience in mapping and analyzing business processes
• Comfortable leading and facilitating workshops and training
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
