Customer Service Representative for Vinoteket.com

Our client Vinoteket.com is a leading online retailer of wine and offers home delivery of wines from around the world. The company started in 2012 and offers wines in all price ranges, simplifying the process for consumers regarding import, tax administration, and home delivery.

We are currently looking for a customer service representative to support Vinoteket's customer service department with various service inquiries. You will be in contact with private individuals via email and some over the phone. The position involves working with tasks related to refunds, adjustments, as well as delivery, invoice, and product inquiries. In this role, you will also work with several external suppliers, which requires good communication skills.

The assignment means that you are employed by us at StudentConsulting but work for Vinoteket.com. The position is part-time, and you are expected to be able to work 2 days a week during office hours, as well as provide additional support during vacations, illness, and peak seasons. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for the role, you need to be studying a post-secondary education and have experience working in customer service or other service roles. As a person, you are patient, proactive in your work approach, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a quick learner and take initiative in your work. The role requires you to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You thrive in a fast-paced role that requires you to be independent in your work. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude and good communication skills. It is an advantage if you have an interest in wine and beverages.
