Job Description

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or caregiver and who, together with us, want to make everyday life as good as possible for our customers.  As a care staff member with us, your duties include:

• Personal care based on the customer's individual needs
• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals
• Basic cleaning and laundry
• Documentation in digital systems

You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere is a big part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the daily life of our elderly.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education is an advantage
• Experience in elderly care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

You enjoy providing good service, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual needs.

About the recruitment process

Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record must be presented along with valid photo identification. If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
