About Nära Vård - Mobile Rehabilitation Team Gotland

We conduct successful rehabilitation in special accommodations in Gotland. We are a dedicated and competent rehabilitation team consisting of 4 members (2 occupational therapists, 2 physiotherapists), and as one of our skilled physiotherapists is retiring at the end of the year, we are now looking for a talented successor.

We are seeking a licensed physiotherapist for a permanent position at 90-100%.

Job Description

In your role as a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as supervision and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

You will work alongside an experienced and competent occupational therapist colleague in nursing homes around Visby. We staff both Attendo's own residence at Regementsgatan and external partners such as the prestigious Gotlands Sjukhem and the beautiful Solrosens dementia care home. We have a central office at Söderport where we have access to both cars and bicycles. We hold joint APT meetings once a month and regular check-ins.

The mobile team is continuously working on development, and we expect you to find it exciting to engage in development and to be motivated to test new working methods. Together with the rehabilitation team, you will ensure that care is continuously improved.

You should enjoy a flexible and challenging work environment and work as part of a team in close collaboration with rehabilitation teams and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues and are motivated to organize care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience working in SÄBO and/or geriatrics
• Master's degree (not required)
