We offer a hybrid role where you have the opportunity for remote work while being a central part of our team on-site during the summer and at important meetings with colleagues and patients!

We are a forward-looking organization in Visby with six dietitians who combine modern digital working methods with traditional care.

Your Responsibilities

The role of a dietitian with us is fundamentally hybrid, where the majority of your individual patient meetings can be conducted digitally from any location. However, your fixed base is Visby, and we have defined the framework for when we need you on-site.

Physical presence in Visby is mandatory during your own working hours during the summer period. This requirement ensures that we can offer patients who need it, as well as your team, the necessary availability and continuity during the summer. During the summer, planned activities will alternate with departmental work.

Recurring Presence Periods

In addition to the summer requirement, you will be on-site in Visby approximately 10-20% of the time to:

• Meet patients who are best suited for physical visits. Some of the largest patient groups included in the position are patients with malnutrition, gastrointestinal and liver diseases, and metabolic syndrome.
• Participate in joint meetings and clinical discussions with colleagues.
• Promote team development and social interaction.
• Conduct individual and group-based consultations, both physically in Visby and digitally.
• Planning and development days. You are expected to participate physically in our planning days, skills development days, and larger team events that occur about four days a year.

Ongoing Digital Work

Other working hours are dedicated to patient consultations via video/chat/phone.

• Responsible for nutritional treatment and counseling.
• You work both independently and in a team with other professional categories. You also have close collaboration with your dietitian colleagues.
• Collaborate with healthcare neighbors (health centers, doctors, nurses, psychologists, etc.).
• Actively contribute to developing our working methods and digital tools.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed dietitian, has experience as a dietitian in primary care, and is confident in your professional role.

You are a driven and independent person who enjoys planning your own workday remotely, but who can also be on-site in Visby during parts of your working hours during the summer period. Your digital skills are good, and you are accustomed to using digital healthcare tools.

You are flexible and able to travel to and stay in Visby a few times a year.
