We Offer

We now offer you, who are studying to become a dental hygienist, an opportunity for a summer temporary position at Folktandvården Wisby. If interested, there may also be opportunities to work at the clinic in the rural area of Hemse.

Your Responsibilities

The design of the position depends on your prior knowledge and is determined in dialogue with the manager. Your responsibilities may include independent patient work within the guidelines of the National Board of Health and Welfare, as well as some sterilization work. There is also the opportunity to work in a team with dentists and dental nurses.

You will gain good insight into the daily life of the work team and have the opportunity to experience Folktandvården Gotland as an employer.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are studying to become a dental hygienist. We prefer that you have completed at least two semesters by the summer of 2026, but we encourage all interested to apply. The clinic can assist to some extent in finding accommodation.

Your Swedish language skills should be at least at C1 level. Due to the limited number of positions, we will prioritize connections to Gotland, availability of accommodation, and the number of completed semesters in the education. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a hiring decision is made, a background check will be conducted through an extract from the criminal record.
