In Southern Visby’s home care service, we collaborate with other home care groups in Visby where engagement and flexibility are the foundation of our work.
With us, you will have a varied everyday life with great freedom and the opportunity to work in the beautiful surroundings around Visby. We travel by bike, e-bike, or car depending on needs and distances.

Your Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant or residential assistant in home care service, you will work together with colleagues to create safety and well-being for our clients.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing support, assistance, and motivation based on the clients' individual needs and wishes
- Performing personal care
- Carrying out medical interventions on delegation
- Assisting with cooking, escorting, shopping, cleaning, and laundry
- Working based on clear implementation plans with the individual at the center
- Establishing and following implementation plans
- Documenting interventions in our systems
- Maintaining contact with relatives
- Collaborating with home healthcare, rehabilitation, case managers, and other home care groups
- Using our digital planning tool as support in daily work
The work is scheduled and includes day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.
Who Are You?
We primarily seek those who are trained nursing assistants. To be employed as a nursing assistant, you must meet the requirements to use the protected professional title according to current regulations.
As a residential assistant, it is desirable that you have a complete high school education. It is an advantage if you have training focused on care and support, such as a caregiver.
To thrive with us, you are flexible and can adapt to the changes of everyday life. You work independently in the clients' homes but also enjoy close collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups. You are service-oriented and empathetic, creating safety through respectful interactions. With a holistic view, you see both the clients' needs and the organization's goals, and you can analyze situations and find solutions in everyday life.
For the position, you must be able to cycle and navigate in all weather conditions and throughout the seasons. A B driver's license is an advantage.
In accordance with the new language requirement, you need to have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form to ensure safe care and good, accurate documentation.
