Home Care Service Central Gotland

We are based in the Roma community and assist users in Roma and the surrounding areas, as well as Östergarnslandet, with Gotland's fantastic nature as a neighbor.

We are two workgroups collaborating to create a valuable everyday life for our users and also work with other home care groups in the area.

We are now looking for three employees for permanent positions.

Your Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant/residential assistant, you will among other things:

• Create security and support for users together with colleagues.
• Help, motivate, and support users with care interventions based on individual needs and wishes.
• Perform personal care and medical interventions on delegation from licensed staff.
• Be responsible for cooking, escorting, shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Work with individualized implementation plans and documentation, with the user at the center.
• Have case management, including documentation and contact with relatives.
• Collaborate daily with home healthcare, rehabilitation, case managers, and other home care groups.
• Use digital planning tools in daily work.

The work follows a basic schedule with daytime, evening, and every other weekend shifts.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with the right to use the protected professional title, or for the position of residential assistant: secondary education and preferably experience in care and support. A B driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, you are secure, self-sufficient, and service-oriented. You communicate clearly, have high social competence, and build good relationships with users and colleagues. You are flexible, empathetic, and can quickly adapt your approach to different individuals' needs and situations. You have a holistic view, work structured both independently and in teams, and possess problem-solving and analytical skills.

In accordance with the new language requirement, you need to have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form to ensure safe care, good, and correct documentation.
