We at Attendo Hemse are now looking for a nursing assistant. We are a special accommodation with a somatic focus, housing 40 customers.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization’s routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written, at least C1 level)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarityMeritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care

• Experience in delegation

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare

Working time: Daytime, evenings, and every other weekend.
