About Nära Vård - Mobile Rehab Team Gotland

We conduct successful rehabilitation in special housing for the elderly on Gotland. We are a dedicated and competent rehab team of a total of 4 people (2 occupational therapists, 2 physiotherapists) and as one of our skilled physiotherapists is retiring at the turn of the year, we are now looking for a talented successor.

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist on 90-100% for a permanent position.

Job Description

In your role as a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as supervision and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

You will work alongside an experienced and competent occupational therapist colleague in nursing homes around Visby. We staff both Attendo's own residence at Regementsgatan and external actors such as the historic Gotlands Sjukhem and the beautiful Solrosens dementia care home. We have a central office at Söderport where we have both cars and bicycles available. We have joint APT once a month and regular check-ins.

The mobile team is continuously working on development, and we expect you to find it exciting to develop and to test new working methods. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care is continuously evolving.

You should enjoy the flexibility and challenges of the work and work as part of a team in close collaboration with, among others, the rehab team and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues and are motivated to organize care in the best way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Desirable

• Experience working in special housing for the elderly and/or geriatrics
• Master's degree (not a requirement)
