About Apoteket Stenhuggarvägen

We are now planning the opening of our third pharmacy in Visby where you will have the opportunity to be part of the journey to open the pharmacy from the start and develop it together with fantastic colleagues.

We will open Apoteket Stenhuggarvägen in the spring of 2026. This is one of our important pharmacy investments and we look forward to our new establishment. Here you will be part of a completely new team and operation and our journey forward.

Unique offer - Career at Apoteket For us, this establishment is a step in strengthening our vision A Life in Health. If you choose to move to Gotland to contribute to Apoteket's vision and be part of this new establishment, we want to help you get the best possible start in your upcoming career with our package - Career at Apoteket. In addition to a relocation grant to Gotland of 40,000 SEK, you will receive a bonus totaling 150,000 SEK (50,000 SEK/year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 5,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period. The total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 370,000 SEK with employment for 3 years. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-18:00, Sundays 11:00-17:00.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

Here you will be part of a completely new pharmacy where you are expected to contribute with suggestions and solutions for our operations.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have a couple of years of experience working in a pharmacy.
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in e.g. self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
