The practice includes doctor consultations, nurse/district nurse consultations, nursing assistant consultations, sampling and counseling. Nurses/district nurses are responsible for specialist clinics in Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, heart failure, dementia, incontinence, lifestyle habits, rehabilitation coordination, and coordination of patients admitted to the hospital.

Job Responsibilities

Together with the Operations Manager and the Medical Director, you will have great opportunities to influence your work, as we have short decision-making paths and an open atmosphere. There is an opportunity to develop together with competent colleagues. You will work both independently and in teams with other staff categories at the clinic.

As a nurse/district nurse at Söderports Healthcare Center, your work is varied. You will work with telephone counseling and clinic work. There is an opportunity for specialist consultations in coordinating patients admitted to the hospital or at home, via the LifeCare SP platform.
