The Medical Intervention of Student Health (EMI) is a close-knit group consisting of 20 school nurses and 2 school doctors. We have regular professional group meetings focusing on collegial exchange, equity, quality/patient safety, and development work. The school nurses are organized into smaller teams that have regular meetings, collaborate, and have collegial supervision. As a newly hired school nurse, you will receive a mentor and an introduction tailored to your and the organization's needs. The school nurse group is led by a unit manager with MLA responsibility (medically responsible school nurse with quality responsibility according to health and medical care legislation).

We offer wellness hours/wellness grants and we have regular organized joint wellness and well-being activities.
