About the position

As a nurse assistant with us, you will work closely with our residents alongside an engaged team consisting of registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and a unit manager. Your responsibilities include:

• Personal care and delegated nursing tasks
• Contact with relatives and coordination of activities
• Household chores and service duties
• Documentation, acting as a contact person, and working with care plans

We are looking for someone who...

• Is a qualified nurse assistant, preferably with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Has experience in elderly care (merit)
• Has good computer skills and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is flexible, responsive, and responsible
• Has a genuine interest in working with elderly people

Terms

• Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
• Working hours: day/every other weekend, approx. 80–92%
• Start date according to agreement
• Individual salary setting
• Extract from the criminal register is required
