About the position

With us, you will work with all aspects of general dentistry – from children to elderly patients. You have the opportunity to work in two treatment rooms together with experienced dental nurses. We work with delegated tasks, and we encourage you to have the ambition to do so.

We perform as much of the dental care as possible and refer patients on when necessary.

The position begins with an employment contract where you will have the opportunity to get to know the clinic and the work group. In the long term, there is an opportunity to take over operational responsibility and become a partner in Praktikertjänst. During your time as an employee, you will receive support from the current dentists and partners to grow as a dentist and later as an operational manager.

Future Partnership

As a partner and operational manager, you are responsible for the clinic's operations, both daily, long-term, and financial. You will be supported by colleagues at the clinic and the Praktikertjänst headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Licensed dentist, work experience is an asset
• Computer literate
• Able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

About Tandläkarpraktiken Södertorg

Tandläkarpraktiken Södertorg is a fine clinic in central Visby with 6 treatment rooms. Here, four dental nurses, one dental hygienist, and two dentists work. We care for our patients and have a warm and supportive work environment. There is an opportunity for you to grow as a dentist with possibilities for learning. We appreciate that you continue to educate yourself and develop the clinic to become even better!

Other details

The position is intended to start after the summer of 2026 or by agreement. Scope between 80–100%. Working hours are flexible in dialogue with the team.
