Are you meticulous, structured, and have experience in ongoing accounting and basic financial administration? We are now looking for an economist who wants to take on an exciting consulting assignment in central Malmö and contribute to a well-functioning finance function.

About the position

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and expected to end in late January. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company.

Responsibilities

In the role of economist, you will work with both ongoing financial administration and parts of the closing process. You will play an important role in the daily work and be responsible for ensuring that the financial processes run smoothly, correctly, and efficiently. The company already has established routines and well-functioning flows, which allows you to quickly get up to speed with the work.

• Register and approve supplier invoices
• Pay invoices
• Invoicing and registration in our financial system
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Monthly closing

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience
• Experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and understanding of the entire financial flow
• Good computer skills and experience with financial systems

To succeed in this role, we see that you are meticulous, self-driven, and responsible – qualities that are crucial for handling both simpler and more complex financial tasks. The initial goal is to find a consultant who can take a comprehensive approach to financial work, from ongoing financial administration and assistant tasks to more qualified tasks such as monthly closing. In this role, you will work full-time with placement in central Malmö, where there is an opportunity for hybrid work.

 There is also an alternative solution where the tasks are divided into two part-time roles – one as a financial assistant and one as a more experienced economist, both at 50%. This means we also welcome applications from those interested in working part-time.
