We are currently looking for a Sales & Service Experience Lead for our client's team in Car Service & Repair Experience for a parental leave cover of approximately 12 months. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful projects within the aftermarket and be part of the development of future electric mobility.

About the role & responsibilities:

As a Sales & Service Experience Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the customer journey on a global level. The mission is to ensure high customer satisfaction by enabling smooth sales and service experiences through effective processes, system support, and a well-prepared frontline team.

Examples of tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives in the area of sales and service experience.
• Drive and define business requirements towards digital solutions and other internal functions.
• Own and maintain documentation of processes, knowledge articles, and Q&A materials.
• Drive and lead projects to improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery across various markets.
• Prioritize development needs and act as a central point of contact for the development of sales processes and channels.

• Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar role.

• Solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and drive work forward.
