Summer temp workers for nursing home and service house

We are looking for dedicated summer temp workers for our nursing home and service house in Västerås. With heart and care, we want to provide opportunities for an active everyday life, create meetings, and foster community in a pleasant atmosphere in the autumn of life.

Your tasks include providing support with daily activities such as personal care, assistance during meals, conducting activities, and more. Participation and influence over daily life are key principles, and with us, you will work independently but also together with your colleagues in the work team. We strive to have fun at work with joy and community.

All our operations are centrally located in Tillberga in Västerås, easily accessible by car or bus.

Your qualifications

We primarily seek those who are trained nursing assistants and/or have experience working with the elderly.

You should be self-assured and able to remain calm in stressful situations. You need to be flexible, meticulous, and service-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.

You also need to be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing and document using a computer.

We place great importance on personal qualities and the ability to meet people based on their individual needs.

You will present an extract from the criminal record along with valid photo identification.

-You will submit transcripts and certificates for completed high school programs with vocational qualifications in the care and nursing program, alternatively the child and leisure program, or another equivalent education as assessed by the employer.

-You will prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
