About the position Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team! In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in office environments and at conferences.

 Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Phone and email communication
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Mail and invoice handling as well as deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Responsible for conference rooms and rounds in the office

Who are you? We know you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interaction and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious, able to work both independently and in a team. We appreciate that you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy bringing new ideas. You have previous experience in service, have worked with the Office suite, and speak fluent Swedish and English.
