About the position

We at Olivia Personal Assistance are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our active male client in Saltsjö-Boo with a spinal cord injury.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Lifting may occur during transfers (wheelchair and slide board are available)

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who can analyze and read the situation to know when to step forward or take a more reserved role, as personal suitability is of great importance. You are attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged.

You need to be flexible to work at short notice during the absence of regular assistants due to vacations or illness. The client prefers female applicants.

Working hours: Varying working hours on weekdays and weekends from 08:00-17:00 and 17:00-08:00 (waiting time 5.5 hours)

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Not allergic to pets
• You need to present a criminal record extract at the first interview

Merits:

• Manual driving license
• Care experience or equivalent
• You live in the vicinity or near Nacka

Employment rate: Substitute and possibly permanent position in the long term.
